Então baixei o IGO 8.3 e fiz exatamente como indicam todos os tutoriais que encontrei!
Vi que muitos tem problema com a resolução.
o IGO até executa, mas fica só num pedacinho da tela e meio embaralhado não dá pra saber onde é botão nem nada...... só fica um borrão azul.
Eu troquei o sys.txt mas também não resolveu. o sys que está no meu é:
