Harward HR NV430 Help Please

I bought that GPS device. SD Card was formatted by mistake. So I cant use GPS. I used many ways to use but they didnt work. It writes Windows CE Core 5.0 at the back of device. But actually I am not sure it's windows, coz I didnt see anything attached to windows. So could you please help me? How can I solve this?
