Software do 76 C rodando no 60 C

Boa noite pessoal,

Meu GPS 60c após uma combinação de teclas (que ficaram apertadas), comecou a rodar o sw do 76 C. Com isso a tela ficou invertida em 180 graus e as teclas não fazem mais suas funcoes do 60C. somente do 76 C.

Ja tentei reinstalar o software da unidade, porém só consigo reinstalar o software do 76 C. O webupdater aparece o GPS como sendo o 76 C..Já levei na autorizada e não conseguiram.. alguma idéia?

Sugiro entrar em contato com o suporte Garmin pela internet. Não cobram nada. Explique o problema detalhadamente, se possível explicando que sequência de teclas foi essa.

Ja mandei um e-mail pra Garmin, e recebi no outro dia uma resposta com um procedimento que eu já havia realizado. Continuou sem funcionar corretamente.

Mais alguma idéia?

Thank you for contacting Garmin International.

Have you tried to reload the correct software? If not, please try using
our Web Updater program. This is a free download from
http://www8.garmin.com/products/webupda ... nstall.jsp
.

If the problem continues, please follow these steps to reload the
software:
1. Click on the link below and click "Download". Choose to save the file
to your computer.

2. Choose a location where you can easily locate the file by saving it
to a location such as the "My Documents" or Desktop.
3. Once the download is complete, locate the file and double-click on
it. This will launch the Win-Zip Self Extractor.
4. Click on the button labeled "Un-zip".
5. Once the un-zip process is complete, click on the "Close" button to
exit the Win-Zip Self Extractor.
6. Open the C:\Garmin folder. On the GPS, with the unit powered off,
please press and hold UP + POWER. Please continue to hold these two
buttons down until step #8 is complete. Locate the file named 'Updater'
and double click on it.
7. You should see the name of your GPS device next to the 'USB Device'
option on the Updater program window. Select the 'USB Device' option,
then click on 'OK' on the Updater program window to start the data
transfer.
8. Once this is complete the unit's operating system will be update to
the current version.

If the problem continues, we can repair the unit. There is a flat rate
of $89 for the repair of the 60C. Since the unit will ship back out
from the US, there is a $40 shipping charge. You would also be
responsible for any taxes or duties occurred while shipping. If you
would like to have the unit repaired, please send the GPSMAP 60C only,
no accessories, to:

It takes 10-14 days from the day we receive your unit to have it
repaired and ship it back to you. Since it will be going back to
Brazil, it could take a few more days for shipping. Also, if you have
any data on your unit, please download it to your computer before
sending it in.

Be sure to rubber band a check for $129.00 (USD) made payable to Garmin
International to the unit when you send it in. Also, please write the
RMA # Z 16445458 in the memo line of the check.
