PROBLEMA NO SOM DO iGO INFINITY 2.4

Será que alguém pode me ajudar? Acontece que o som de alertas e voz do meu navegador iGO Infinity 2.4 não tem voz. Os alertas estão funcionado visualmente somente a voz é que não sai. Mas percebo que no momento do aviso o som do dvd baixa de volume, ou seja, mostra que está funcionando, porém não ouço a voz. Os volume estão todos no máximo e nada. Meu sys tá assim:
